1. Scope of Recurring Services

• Mowing: Standard service includes mowing, string trimming, and blowing clippings off hard surfaces. We provide service on a weekly or bi-weekly schedule as agreed upon.
• Seasonal Cleanups: Spring and Fall cleanups involve leaf removal and debris clearing. Specific tasks (e.g., weeding, pruning) are limited to those listed in your individual service quote.
• Service Windows: While we assign a specific day for your service, we operate within a window of 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. We do not guarantee exact arrival times.

2. Property Access and Safety

• Access: Clients must ensure that all gates are unlocked and the work area is accessible on the scheduled service day. If our crew is locked out, a trip fee of 50% of the service cost may apply.
• Obstructions: The yard must be clear of pet waste, toys, garden hoses, and furniture. Select Edge Landscaping is not responsible for damage to items left in the work area.
• Pets: For the safety of our crew and your animals, all pets must be kept indoors during service.

3. Weather and Delays

Landscaping is weather-dependent. In the event of heavy rain or saturated ground, service will be postponed to the next available business day. We will notify you of significant scheduling shifts via email or text.

4. Payment and Billing

We reserve the right to suspend service if an account remains unpaid for more than 14 days past the due date.

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel or skip a scheduled service by providing at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a late-cancellation fee.
